Why irctc showing service unavailable

Please do the needful. I will have to agree on this. Either the site is sold out by Rly officials so as to benefit middle men or totally incompetent to manage traffic. Task before railways to maintain such a website, is, no doubt, huge. But with the resources railways has, it should be able to handle heavy traffic. They do exist, but of no use to end users. In the initial days this service is very good. No point in having this service online. If this is an issue for few days our people are kind hearted to understand the situation.

But this is happening regularly from years. In a developing country like India and which is a major hub for Information Technology and for an very large organisation like Indian railways this kind of issue can be resolved easily and will show the inefficiency of the system in railways to resolve this issue. Keeping this issue for years is raising new questions and doubts about the gain the middlemen gaining in getting the tickets in black and the loss to the organisation. I am not writing this as I am very disappointed due to this issue.
