Head up the stairs and through the doors and you'll come out next to bleachers and get attacked by a guy with a bent rebar. Head right towards the EXIT light, go through that door and jump down the stairs, after the guy ambushes you. Head left from here now and into another kitchen area. Head through this kitchen to the freezer, a guy will swing at you from the rails. Continue past him and fight the cook carrying the meat cleaver. Grab the cleaver and remove the fireaxe from the corpses hand with it.

Take the axe and return to the kitchen you came in from, keep backtracking til you find an EXIT door on the right, cut through it with the axe return and grab the meat cleaver at this point if you didn't get hit someone with it yet.
