Should i release sten

That dwarf just has a natural affinity for getting himself into trouble. I know right? When I first got Oghren I was kind of excited. I kept hearing about how awesome he is, so I promptly replaced Sten with him. I improved his tactics to make him work a bit better for my play style, gave him the best gear he could equip and all seemed well enough.
